Though last night we learned that the Rush Hour and Red Dragon director would no longer be producing the 84th annual Academy Awards show with host Eddie Murphy after some disparaging remarks put him in a bit of a tight spot in the public eye, it doesn't sound like Brett Ratner will be bored at home unless he actually watches the Oscars. In his interview with The Howard Stern Show via The Playlistthe same one where he talked about banging Olivia Munn, Ratner revealed that he's currently working on remaking the sexy comedy The Last American Virginwhich is actually a remake of an Israeli film. After the success of the original film and its sequels in Israel, Davidson re-teamed with producers Golan-Globus to attempt to recreate the same success in the United States. Though the film's plot and characters remained largely the same, the setting was updated from s Israel to then-present day suburban Los Angeles. The soundtrack, a major facet of both films, was also updated from the original's golden oldies to more contemporary new wave rock. The plot closely follows the original Israeli film Eskimo Limon Lemon Popsicleand revolves around protagonist Gary, a typical high school student in early s Los Angeles, and his friends Rick, the slick ladies' man, and David.
Almost as soon as Halloween and Porky's established the template for teen-friendly sex and violence in the late '70s and early '80s, a fresh wave of product swept in to please the critics and flush away the scum of the multiplex. And yet, while The Sure Thing remains a lightly charming junior romance, with John Cusack and Daphne Zuniga as bickering collegians who fall in love while traveling cross-country, the movie feels a little stingless in hindsight. What clearer signs could there be of a post-Christmas movie slump than the arrival of two mindless teen-age movies on the same day? The second film is the more tolerable of the two, although it owes its locker-room humor to ''Porky's,'' a movie that was regrettably guaranteed to inspire imitation. Even the relatively clean-cut ''Spring Fever'' has enough raunchy touches to suggest erroneously that its characters aren't hopelessly square.

That being said, if you look at like 04:40 in this particular clip, they left in a bit of the director AND Leah Gotti telling the male actor he needs to be rough and abusive. Leah Gotti kinda calls him out, saying he won't hurt her. cassidy big boob
